As far as I know it's Nvidia only. PC Gamer had an article about 3D setups, and that of the 3 packages offered at the time of publication, only 1 of them was actually done correctly. Google it and you should get it.
Also the 5000 series can be really good or really average, depending on which card you have.
Rats… I am still looking for people to dump some more of the bazillion 3D glasses I got from Cartoon Network. They were rather overly generous and sent me many dozens. I gave them to Gbaby's mom to put in birthday gimme bags.. I gave them away for Halloween.. and I swear to freaking hell they are multiplying out there on my kitchen counter. But I am guessing you don't need any 3D glasses, lol.
