How much would it cost for a computer that runs stereoscopic 3d?
Right now I have a computer with an ati graphics card, so stereoscopic 3d isn't really an option for this computer unless I replace the card, but I will be getting a new one in the near future, so I wanted to look into this first and would get some input on the best way to get a computer that can run stereoscopic 3d and about how much it would cost?
if I could put it in a laptop it would be even better.
3D on a desktop? you will need the top Nvidia card - see link below.
3D on a laptop? - not seen many laptops where you can actually change the graphics card..... so no chance at all there!
If you ask the same question in 3 years time maybe?
There might even be something 3D to view on it by then too!

Does BFG support Nvidia 3D graphics?
I'm looking at a BFG GeForce 9800GT GPU and I was wondering if it supports Nvidia stereoscopic 3D vision? Thanks
Go to nVidia's website and look up the specs for your specific MODEL of GeForce 9800GT to see if it does "stereoscopic 3D vision".
It doesn't matter who manufactured the card, it's the nVidia chipset that either supports a feature, or not. BFG, XFX and all the others only manufacture graphics cards under license from nVidia.
Currently, there are only two 3D Vision products, and yours is NOT one of them. This stuff is way too new!
