Now this is weird, what causes this, and what can i do .. (read details)..?

I do have a computer and wear glasses while using it, not to ruin my eyes. I noticed when i used my old CRT-Monitor i always had dust particles on my glasses after .. lets say an hour or so. I thought this is cause this crappy™ Monitor works like some sort of particle accelerator first attracting dust and then peppering me with it.
Now i changed to a really expensive TFT-Display, and i thought this dust phenomena would stop... But its still covering dust...

Ok i do have a fuzzy carpet and because i know that i use my vacuum cleaner on it ONCE A DAY. Sooooo

question: Does a TFT attracts and accelerates dust towards you ? What are your experiences ?
any solutions to minimize the static ?

Never had this problem with any type of monitor and i wear glasses too.Maybe you stay to close to the screen and get the static? U should stay at least 50cm away and the bigger the screen the bigger the distance.By the way you look great :) Take care those beautiful eyes!

Two Polarize Glasses

signs that my eyes need glasses?

iv heard so many things from my "symptoms", some say just take breaks etc some say....i definitely should be wearing glasses! could u all clear this up for me please. i get extremely tired eyes on the computer and when i relax my eyes i can literally not read a word...is this just normal on a computer? when looking at lcd displays after being on the computer no matter how close i cant read because of the glare. in everyday life i see distances well and close up things well, however switching between the 2 causes temporary distortion. an online questionnaire told me i needed glasses where an eye chart said i didnt. i do know i need an eye test honestly....im just curious and wondering whether to expect to come out with glasses or to be told i have great vision?! also which should i trust most....an online eye chart or a questionnaire about habits (eg squinting) and vision!?

I'd definitely go and have an eye test.

Maybe you do need glasses (it kinda seems like it), but it's not to say that you'll need a strong prescription - just one that'll help your eye strain.

Good luck, and if you do need glasses - have fun choosing them! ^-^
