Why do virtual reality HMD's cost so much?
Some of them are like $1k - $100k, i dont understand whats makes them so expensive. What is in them that make them so expensive.
Probably that it took a lot of work to develop them, and that there are a number of people and companies involved, all of whom need to get their cut from the profit, and the technology is relatively sophisticated so it is not cheap to produce.
