Is there any virtual reality goggles selling in the market? That can enable us to imagine or dream things that we want. Or it is just like a video game?
They are selling. However not in an acceptable price range for private use by a normal mortal.
For example, the PiSight goggles below needs input from 24 graphics cards, each at 800x600 pixels.
For entertainment use these Virtual Reality goggles are too expensive and are currently only used in research or prototyping 3D models in big corporations.
There were headsets for gaming once (the VFX1 for example in the second link) that came on market in the middle of the 90's cost about $800.
It was when 486 processors were top of the line. And therefore the resolution of only 320x240 for each eye were not that great.
So all in all: Although a few VR-projects for private use were tried, they failed, because they are either too expensive, or they have poor visual qualities.
So currently, there is no payable system to use in your own home yet.
I was thinking about buying a HeadPlay, which is a device with goggles that you put on your head and watch a 52" tv. People who used it gave it raving reviews though. Here's the display:
