Is the name Dream Network copyrighted?
See: http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&rlz=1T4GFRE_enGB321GB326&q=dream+network&aq=f&aqi=g5g-m1g-ms1g-m3&aql=&oq=&gs_rfai=
Is the name Dream Network copyrighted by other companies? I need to know because I'm thinking of using the term for a virtual reality in a video game.

yes sometimes the remakes are better. alot of the time a person has a certain perception of a movie they saw, usually as a youngster.
remakes often dont do the original justice. for instance they are doing a remake of "red dawn" and i cant see how they can make it better than teh original.
others however, can be better than teh original but the chances of doing so are less than 50-50 in my book. one that i feel was better than the original was "dawn of the dead"
