For a Human mind to be "transferred" to a computer, there would first have to be some sort of discovery on a 'language' or electronic lexicon that the Human Brain adheres to, and then this would be placed on the computer, and only then would there be some sort of "bridge" in which the Human mind can be transferred into the realms of a computer. It isn't possible, or not that I am aware of.
