Is it scientifically possible that the universe could be similar to a computer generated virtual reality.....?
....world created by beings superior to us or even created by us, so trying to make sense of it would be comparable to a computer character in one of our own computer games trying to understand pixels, programming and binary code etc??
Yes, it very well could be. We could all be characters in a very advanced simulation or video game in a very advanced alien super computer. It could be so advanced that we don't even know we aren't real.
In fact, there's no way to prove that this isn't the case for us right now, though there's no evidence for it.
We could all just be brains inside a vat, like in the Matrix.

I'm not sure if it even is a real virtual game, but id like to know.
Nope, I doubt it's real. They wouldn't use a real program.
