Vision Affordable

I'm in search for a camcorder which has night vision as well as infra red. but is still affordable and works.
O.K. like I said I am in search for an affordable camcorder that not only shoots videos but also has night vision and infra red. what I'm looking should be in the price range of around 50 to 200 U.S. dollars but I don't know what I'm looking for.
thanks for helping!!!!
the question is where or what company would i find one of those cameras
Check the Sony HandyCams with "SuperNightShot". They have a built-in infrared emitter. Yes it works if what you are taping is within about 10 feet from the camcorder. Your budget is not enough.

2009 Affordable Housing Vision Awards: Lisa Alberghini
I occasionally feel horrible because my poor vision prevents me from admiring the detailed beauty of things?
I'm only 14...And this isn't something that I talk about often to people, but
when my vision was good a few years ago, I'd actually feel happier when I could look at nature and find it to be significant...Everything is blurry now, and it makes me more depressed to look at things. My mom can't afford to get me glasses. Everything looks so dull and cliche...
The actual question: What can I do until glasses become affordable?
Sorry if that's a stupid question/difficult to answer/impossible to answer... etc. I'm just wondering if there's any temporary solutions.
My mom actually got health insurance a while ago, but she's still waiting for it to come in.
Lol. Ironically, I am an artist...I play music, and draw.
I've considered contacts, but I'm worried about damaging my eyes more.
there's advantages to having blurry eyesight, it's easier to become an artist
(personal experience) but if you need and want glasses and can't afford them, ask your optometrist about contacts. they're temporary but much cheaper than glasses
edit: cool, a fellow artist
if you paint also, you can get a huge advantage from blurry vision
anyway, contacts won't further damage your eyes unless you don't know how to put them in properly, your doc can help you with that. it's a good alternative to glasses.
